How far are you willing to be out away from major roads, cities, airports, and urban civilization?

Do you want all wooded or all clear land, a combination of both and do you want easy to walk land or marsh, hills, mountainous, waterfront, la

 If you find something you like now, are you ready, willing and able to purchase?  If not, what more do you need to do in these three areas; Readiness, Willingness and Ability?  Perhaps I may be able to help get you in a better position to purchase, while we are seeking the land for you.

Are Deer of particular interest to you?

 

What kind of financing will you be using to purchase the property; are you already approved or do you have another property to sell or do you have funds from another source that are ready to use?  For instance are you using a 10-31 tax deferred exchange account to purchase? What price range do you wish to purchase within; from high to low and what are your other desires, such as do you need a home on the property and if so what number of bedrooms, ceiling heights.  Do you envision having other buildings on the property and if so, why and what use do you imagine for them? 

Have you made contact with any other Realtors and have you decided which one to use?  We can work with other agents, who are representing sellers OR we can represent YOU...
